Dr. Rashbaum is a board-certified physiatrist (a physician who specializes in physical medicine and rehabilitation) at Rusk Rehabilitation at NYU Langone Health. He is a Clinical Professor of Rehabilitation Medicine at NYU Grossman School of Medicine.

Dr. Rashbaum lectured on tension myoneural syndrome on November 15, 2019 in San Antonio, Texas at the Annual Assembly of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

He is a fellow of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation as well as a member of the Medical Society of the State of New York and the New York County Medical Society.

Incorporate a diagnostic strategy for traumatic brain injury, based on awareness of high incidence

Demonstrate correct injection and implanting techniques when treating spasticity management with botulinum toxin or use of an intrathecal baclofen (ITB) pump
